For the past two weeks I have been diligently looking for a two bedroom apartment/condo/house to rent. I don't think I am asking for to much all I want is:
Central A/C (it is warm here)
Dishwasher
Washer and Dryer or at least the hookups in the unit
Decent area of the city
Two parking spots
and I would like it to be under $1500 a month
(Oh yeah... and the place can't be gross inside)
I don't think this is too much to ask for... but, I am starting to realize it might be.

We are still looking for you in our complex. $1500 may be a stretch, but we have all your other criteria...we just need someone to rent a 2 bedroom in our complex. Most for rent now are 3 bedroom.
